By registering your card here, we will be able to charge your card for your event night activity. 

Your credit card will be charged within 24 business hours.

Check the box below for "I authorize Breakthrough T1D – Kansas and Missouri - 4227 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event."

  1. Click "Next" Fill out your contact information and credit card information
  2. Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
  3. Click "Submit for Processing"
  4. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours for any donations or purchases made on event day.
